Increase your power by adding resistance to your sprinting. Towing a weighted sled while sprinting overloads your drive muscles and forces the nervous system to recruit greater "work" which in turn improves your ground force production and corresponding explosive acceleration and speed. Simply increase the tow weight as you get stonger and fitter. Great for individual training. Sled is powder coated 14 gauge steel and includes a harness, handle, and 14' connecting piece (weights not included). Dimensions are 24"W x 30"L and the weight is 60lbs.
